8. RETURNS
To return an item, please email customer service at contact@toysinboxes.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging [and include your proof of purchase], and mail your return the following address: Fulfillment Ninjas Hub Inc 10802 Capital Ave, Unit 6A, Garden Grove, CA 92843.

9. PAYMENT & REFUNDS POLICY

You will not be deducted for an amount in excess of that which was approved upon completion of your purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return your order within thirty (30) days of our shipping date for a full refund of the purchase price (not including shipping and handling cost).
